Southend-on-Sea Churches Academy of Football
Out from the ashes of Football League of Churches comes a new initiative called COSMOS; reaching and coaching football to local children from school years 4 upwards to and including year 12. Coaching sessions take place by DBS registered and qualified coaches and assistants at Chalkwell Park & Goals from 10-11am.
Every other week at Chalkwell Park or Goals. A total of 32 sessions over the season, all for a cost of £60 per child.
Aimed primarily, but not exclusively at young people of all abilities who may struggle to join a Sunday league team due to church commitments, this is a joint venture, but overseen by West Leigh Baptist Church, who will manage the necessary payments and insurances required.
